本文基于经济学的成本收益分析,从军人退役时点切入,预测军人退役后稳定工作及军人服役带来的经济利润,从而构建军人的经济利润模型。通过对模型极值求解来考察政府政策如何影响军人的经济利润及军龄的选择。本文期望这种分析可帮助军人在现有的退役就业政策下做出理性选择。 Based on the cost-benefit analysis of economics, this article analyzes the economic profit brought by the stable work after retirement and the military’s service due to military service retired, and then constructs the economic profit model of military personnel. By solving the model extremum, we can examine how the government policy affects the military’s economic profit and military age choice. This article expects this analysis to help military personnel make rational choices under the existing retirement employment policy.
