发电权交易是优化发电生产结构、实现节能降耗的重要措施。输电容量约束生效即系统发生阻塞时,一些发电权交易可能无法执行。此时,对发电机组参与发电权交易之外的容量(简称非发电权容量)的出力进行调整有可能改善潮流分布,从而最小化发电权交易的削减量。为此,发展了计及机组非发电权容量出力调整的发电权交易阻塞调度模型。这种调整会产生额外的补偿费用,因而给发电权交易的结算带来新问题,为此提出了一种可行的结算方案。算例分析说明了所提出的模型和方法的基本特点。
Power generation trading is an important measure to optimize the power generation structure and achieve energy saving. When the transmission capacity constraint becomes effective, ie the system is blocked, some power generation transactions may not be able to execute. At this point, adjusting the output of generators (other than the capacity of non-generating capacity) involved in the generation of power generation rights may improve the power flow distribution and minimize the reduction of power generation transactions. For this reason, a congestion dispatching model for power generation rights has been developed that takes into account the capacity of non-generating capacity of generating units. This kind of adjustment will generate additional compensation costs, which will bring new problems to the settlement of power generation transaction. Therefore, a feasible settlement scheme is proposed. The example analysis shows the basic characteristics of the proposed model and method.
