F441 2催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院 ( FRIPP)新近研制成功的一种具有高耐氮性能加氢裂化催化剂。其反应性能研究结果表明 ,在相同试验条件下 ,与“第一代”中油型加氢裂化催化剂 382 4相比 ,反应温度降低 9℃ ,而两者的产品分布相当 ;在进料 (精制油 )氮含量 90~ 1 1 0μg/g条件下 ,平均失活速率≤ 0 .0 2℃ /d。该催化剂具有耐氮性能强、加氢性能好及目的产品质量优等特点 ,可满足炼厂加氢裂化装置扩能改造和新建加氢裂化装置加工各种重馏分油、生产清洁燃料和优质石油化工原料 ,以及长期稳定运转的使用要求
F441 2 catalyst is a recently developed high-nitrogen-resistant hydrocracking catalyst recently developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute (FRIPP).
