选择具有油源代表性的国产硬级沥青,基于现象学、流变学系统研究了其低温性能特征,优选了两种不同级配的硬级沥青混合料,研究了其低温性能,结果显示,硬级沥青延度值不高,但其混合料低温弯曲极限应变可以满足我国沥青混凝土路面部分气候分区的要求。在此基础上,系统分析了硬级沥青胶结料与混合料的低温性能指标间的相关性,结果发现,对于硬级沥青而言,延度与极限应变相关性不佳,而流变学指标低温弯曲劲度、m值等指标与极限应变有较好的相关性。并根据线性相关关系,建立了两个气候分区冬冷区、冬温区基于流变学的硬级沥青低温性能评价标准。
Based on the phenomenological and rheological system, the low-temperature performance characteristics of the domestic hard grade bitumen were selected. Two kinds of hard grade bituminous mixtures with different grades were selected and the low temperature performance was studied. Hard asphalt ductility value is not high, but the mixture of low temperature bending limit strain can meet China’s asphalt concrete pavement part of the regional climate requirements. On this basis, the correlation between low-temperature performance index of hard grade asphalt binder and the mixture was systematically analyzed. The results showed that the ductility and the ultimate strain were poorly correlated with the hard grade asphalt, while the rheological indexes Low temperature bending stiffness, m value and other indicators and the ultimate strain has a good correlation. According to the linear correlation, the evaluation criteria of low temperature performance of hard grade asphalt based on rheology were established in winter and winter in two climate zones.
