一年多次开花品种‘冬樱’(图1)先花后叶或花叶同放,春季嫩叶浅紫褐色;花蕾粉红色,花盛开近白色,花瓣5枚,花盛开较平展,花径3～4cm;花1～3朵一束;雌蕊1个;雌蕊辐射,花丝白色,近谢时变红;花萼浅紫褐色,长筒型,萼5片。‘冬樱’一年中可以分别在1月、3月和10～12月间开几次花。‘十月樱’(图2)花叶同放,春季嫩叶紫褐色;花蕾粉红色,蕾期雌蕊常外露;花淡粉色,花瓣15～17枚,长椭圆形,瓣型飞舞;花径2.8～3.2cm;花1～3朵一束,伞形花序;花梗有毛;雌蕊1个;雄蕊短小,集束花心;花萼紫褐色,长筒型,萼5片;‘十月樱’在温暖地区整个冬天可以不间断地开放,春季开花量较多。
