目的:观察从肢口纲动物鲎的血液细胞中提取的一类相对低分子质量的抗菌多肽对脂多糖(LPS)诱导人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞释放NO的影响。方法:MTT法观察鲎血细胞多肽对人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞的毒性,用Griess试剂测定LPS诱导人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞释放NO水平,并观察鲎血细胞多肽对LPS诱导人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞毒性不明显,半数抑制率(IC50)为750mg·L-1;鲎血细胞多肽对LPS诱导人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞释放NO具有一定的抑制作用,半数抑制率(IC50)为109 56mg·L-1;同时可以抑制NOS活性。结论:鲎血细胞多肽可以抑制LPS诱导人脐带动脉平滑肌细胞释放NO。
