运用文献资料法对运动员在比赛中的表现进行探讨,分析了运动员在比赛中紧张、焦虑情绪产生的原因,从运动员的个性、气质、比赛经验、比赛的期望值平时训练,围绕环境的影响。同时根据产生的原因,提出了有效地调节方法,来调节运动员在比赛中的紧张、焦虑的情绪。对指导健美操的训练竞赛以及提高运动员的比赛成绩都具有重要意义。
This paper discusses the athletes’ performance during the competition by using the method of literature and information, analyzes the causes of the nervous and anxious emotions of the athletes in the competition, and usually exercises training on the individual’s qualities, temperament, competition experience and expectation of the competition, and focuses on the environment. At the same time, according to the causes, put forward an effective adjustment method to adjust athletes in the game of tension, anxiety. It is of great significance to instruct the training competition of aerobics and improve the performance of athletes.
