主题教育活动是班主任实施班级教育的重要阵地,教育的资源应该来源于班级生活中所产生的各种问题。摆在班主任面前的教育资源丰富而繁杂,如何有效利用资源并开展积极有效的教育,是值得我们研究的课题。笔者以“吃饭那些事”主题教育活动为例,谈谈主题教育活动中资源的有效利用与开发。一、活动主题确立,源于学生问题资源(一)问题聚焦进入四年级,学生们主动管理班级的意识增强了,开学第一周的“班级计划制订”班会课上,我和同学们交流:开学以来班级有什么新变化?大家对班级建设有什么新想法?同学们七嘴八舌,话题渐渐聚焦于班级当下面临的一些主要问题,结果大家一致认
Thematic educational activities are the key positions for the class teacher to implement class education. The resources for education should come from various problems arising in class life.
