目的 研究米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产后蜕膜血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)变化 ,探讨药物流产后子宫出血时间长的机理。方法 应用逆转录 聚合酶联反应 (RT PCR)技术及酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)法观察正常早孕蜕膜组、米非司酮组、米非司酮米索药物流产组蜕膜VEGFmRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果 三组均仅见VEGF12 1mRNA表达 ;VEGF12 1mRNA和蛋白表达水平 3组间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 人早孕蜕膜主要表达VEGF12 1mRNA ;米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产时可能经过除VEGF外的途径而影响蜕膜血管
Objective To study the changes of decidual vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) after mifepristone and misoprostol medical abortion, and to explore the mechanism of prolonged uterine bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to observe the expression of VEGF mRNA and protein in the decidua, decidua, mifepristone group and mifepristone misoprostol group The expression level. Results The expression of VEGF12 1 mRNA was only found in all three groups. There was no significant difference in VEGF12 1 mRNA and protein expression between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Human decidua in human early pregnancy mainly express VEGF12 1 mRNA. When mifepristone and misoprostol medicated abortion may affect the decidual vessels through the pathways other than VEGF
