应用放射免疫技术测定34例(42耳)分泌性中耳炎(SOM)患者血浆和中耳积液(MEE)中P物质(SP)含量,并以22例正常人血浆中的SP含量为对照,结果发现:SOM组血浆中SP浓度明显增高(P<0.01),MEE中SP浓度较血浆中增高(P<0.05),MEE中SP浓度浆液组比粘液组明显增高(P<0.01),MEE中SP浓度与MEE量呈正相关(r=0.9857,P<0.01)。提示:SP是SOM的重要炎性递质,MEE中SP可能来源于中耳粘膜感觉神经末梢、血浆及中耳粘膜的旁分泌。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of substance P in the plasma and middle ear effusion (MEE) of 34 patients with otitis media with effusion (SOM). The SP content in plasma of 22 healthy people was used as control It was found that the concentration of SP in plasma increased significantly in SOM group (P <0.01), the concentration of SP in MEE group was higher than that in plasma (P <0.05), and the SP concentration in MEE group was significantly higher than that in mucus group (P <0. 01). There was a positive correlation between SP concentration and MEE in MEE (r = 0.9857, P <0.01). Tip: SP is an important inflammatory neurotransmitter SOM, MEE SP may be derived from the middle ear mucosal sensory nerve endings, the plasma and the secretion of the middle ear mucosa.
