目的:了解合肥市社区空巢老人健康行为,为教育和引导空巢老人改变不利于健康的行为提供理论依据。方法:自行设计调查问卷,由经过系统培训的调查员在社区卫生服务站或入户进行问卷调查。结果:社区空巢老人存在不良的健康行为,其影响因素是多方面的,性别、年龄、医疗保险、职业、经济收入、文化程度状况都为合肥市空巢老人的健康行为的危险因素。结论:加强社区空巢老人健康知识的教育,改变其不良健康行为,提高空巢老人的生活质量。 Objective: To understand the health behavior of empty-nesters in the community of Hefei and to provide a theoretical basis for educating and guiding empty-nesters to change the unfavorable behaviors. Methods: The questionnaire was designed by themselves, and the system trained investigators conducted questionnaire surveys at community health service stations or households. Results: There were many unhealthy behaviors among empty-nesters in the community. The influencing factors were many factors. The gender, age, medical insurance, occupation, economic income and educational level were the risk factors of health behaviors of empty-nesters in Hefei. Conclusion: To strengthen the education of health knowledge of empty nesters in communities, change their bad health behavior and improve the quality of life of empty-nesters.
