用Bowman-Cole法对小麦根际和非根际土壤有机磷进行了分组测定。结果表明,各处理根际和非根际土壤样品以及猪粪、牛粪、鸡粪等三种有机肥中均以中度活性有机磷为主。根际土壤有效磷、有机磷总量均低于非根际土壤,其中有机磷各组分中,中度活性有机磷和活性有机磷在根际的含量与非根际差异较大,直接影响着土壤有效磷含量。
Bowman-Cole method was used to determine the contents of organic phosphorus in wheat rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil. The results showed that all the three organic fertilizers, rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil, as well as pig manure, cow manure and chicken manure, were mainly active organic phosphorus. The content of available phosphorus and total organic phosphorus in rhizosphere soil was lower than that in non-rhizosphere soil. Among them, the contents of moderately active organic phosphorus and active organic phosphorus in rhizosphere of rhizosphere of organic phosphorus were significantly different, which had a direct impact Soil available phosphorus content.
