目的探索ATP生物荧光检测法在医院感染管理中的实际应用方法。方法利用ATP生物荧光检测方法,对器械、物体表面、手卫生进行常规检测以及在突发公共事件现场进行采样检测。收集2014年1-12月数据,根据不同采样部位检测合格率评价ATP生物荧光检测法在医院感染管理中的应用效果。结果管理过程中采用ATP生物荧光检测法后,检测项目平均合格率由1月份的33.3%逐渐上升至12月份的80.76%,Pearson线性相关系数为0.864(P<0.01),消洗效果改善明显。结论利用ATP生物荧光检测法开展相关物体表面和医务人员手清洁度监测进行清洁效果评价,能明显提高医院感染管理效率。
Objective To explore the practical application of ATP bioluminescence detection in hospital infection management. Methods The ATP bioluminescence detection method was used to routinely test the instruments, the surfaces of the objects and the hand hygiene, as well as sampling and detecting in the scene of public emergencies. The data of January-December 2014 were collected. The application effect of ATP bioluminescence detection in hospital infection management was evaluated according to the qualified rates of different sampling sites. After the results of ATP bioluminescence assay, the average passing rate of test items increased gradually from 33.3% in January to 80.76% in December. Pearson’s linear correlation coefficient was 0.864 (P <0.01), and the washing effect was significantly improved. Conclusions The use of ATP biofluorescence assay to monitor the cleanliness of hand-cleanliness of the surface of related objects and medical personnel can significantly improve the efficiency of nosocomial infection management.
