井下自流水流和地压型砂流流入井眼影响固井质量是钻井施工人员经常遇到的问题。未被控制的水流会冲走固井水泥浆,使固井工作浪费资货。新近的固井工艺技术采用低密度泡沫水泥浆阴水取得了一定的成功,但它不是现场的一个有效的方法。在高渗透性地层中封隔水和高压砂流比较好的办法是向地层中注入丙烯酸单体液,再用新近的固井技术固井。本文简要介绍了该工艺的施工过程。
Downhole runoff and pressure flow of sand into the wellbore affect the quality of cementing is often encountered by drilling construction workers. Uncontrolled water currents wash away the cementing slurry and make cementing work a waste of resources. Recent cementing techniques have achieved some success with low-density foam grout, but it is not an effective method in the field. A good way to pack water and high-pressure sand in highly permeable formations is to inject acrylic monomer fluid into the formation and cement it with a new cementing technique. This article briefly describes the process of the construction process.
