教育教人成为有德性的人,成就有德性的人是十分必要的,但是我们的教育应该如何做才能让人成为有德性的人,仅仅靠学校标准化的道德规则是无法让人的德性自由成长的。生命叙事本身所具有的道德性、真实性、超我性与交往性等特质,通过生命叙事可以让人在叙事过程中,或者在倾听的过程中,内省自己,唤醒自己的道德共鸣。生命叙事可以说是人的德性成长的重要途径。在生命叙事的教育中应关注倾听与尊重、理解与对话、情感与情境几个因素。
It is necessary to educate and teach people to become virtuous and accomplish virtuous people. However, what our education should do to make people virtuous, and morality standardized by the school alone can not make people Virtue free growth. The narrative life itself possesses such characteristics as morality, authenticity, super-sexuality and intercourse. Through life narration, one can introspect oneself and awaken one’s moral resonance during the narrative process or during the process of listening. Life narrative can be said to be an important way for the development of human virtues. In the narrative education of life, we should pay attention to the factors of listening and respect, understanding and dialogue, emotion and situation.
