小心脏综合征较罕见,国内仅乔氏报告1例。我们最近遇到2例,系同一家族孪生姊妹,现报告讨论如下: 病历摘要 例1:×××、女性、26岁。5年前开始活动后头晕、胸闷、心慌、气短。平日怕冷,手足发凉,无晕厥或心前区疼痛史。体查:脉搏:卧位87次/分,立位94次/分。血压:卧位100/60mmHg,立位100/60mmHg。体重:47.5Kg,身长158Cm。营养发育正常,无发绀,心浊音界如常,心率87次/分,律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音。肺无异常。实验室检查:血色素10.3g％,红细胞352万
