目的 :介绍农杆菌转化药用植物的概况。方法 :从外植体选择、转化的证实、转基因组织和器官培养生产次生物质、转基因植物的获得等方面棕述了农杆菌转化药用植物的概况 ,重点论述毛状根和冠瘿组织培养生产次生物质的研究进展。结果 :利用转基因组织和器官培养能生产多种次生物质 ,通过农杆菌介导的转化可获得转基因药用植物。结论 :农杆菌介导的转化在药用植物基因工程方面应用广泛 ,意义重大。
Objective : To introduce the general situation of Agrobacterium transformation medicinal plants. Methods: From the aspects of selection of explants, confirmation of transformation, production of secondary biomass and transgenic plants obtained from transgenic tissue and organ culture, the general situation of medicinal plants transformed with Agrobacterium was discussed, focusing on the culture of hairy roots and crown tissue. Research progress on production of secondary biomass. Results: Using transgenic tissue and organ culture can produce a variety of secondary biomass, and transgenic medicinal plants can be obtained through Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. Conclusion: Agrobacterium-mediated transformation is widely used in genetic engineering of medicinal plants and it is of great significance.
