“努力走出一条适合我国情况和特点的实现现代化的道路”,既是经济建设的实际问题,又是经济科学的理论问题。它包括农业、工业、国防、科学技术等各个方面。我们自当同心同德、解放思想,勇于探索,勇于创新。这里想就:实现我国农业现代化的一个重要方面——人民公社社队企业的经济规律,作一点探索。 “Striving to get out of a path that meets the requirements of our country’s conditions and characteristics for modernization” is not only a practical issue of economic construction but also a theoretical issue of economic science. It includes all aspects of agriculture, industry, national defense, science and technology. We should act in the same spirit, emancipate the mind, have the courage to explore and be bold in innovation. Here I would like to make an exploration on the economic law of commune and commune enterprises owned by People’s Commune, an important aspect of our country’s agricultural modernization.
