目的探讨营养支持在肺结核患者治疗中的效果。方法结核患者住院5天内做临床营养指标检测,将筛查出的营养不良患者随机分为2组(营养支持治疗组和对照组)。对照组自由饮食,营养支持治疗组根据营养师设计的个体化饮食处方进餐。结果住院结核病患者的营养不良发生率高达55.7%;给予营养支持治疗组的患者营养不良改善状况、痰菌培养阴转率、临床治疗效果明显高于对照组。结论结核患者积极合理的摄取营养,有利于免疫功能增强,辅助药物治疗可能达到事半功倍的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support on the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods TB patients were tested for clinical nutrition within 5 days after hospitalization. The malnourished patients screened out were randomly divided into 2 groups (nutrition support treatment group and control group). Control group, free diet, nutrition support treatment group according to dietician designed individual dietary prescription meal. Results The incidence of malnutrition in hospitalized patients with tuberculosis was as high as 55.7%. The improvement of malnutrition, sputum culture negative conversion rate and clinical treatment in patients receiving nutritional support therapy were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion Active and reasonable intake of tuberculosis patients is conducive to enhanced immune function, adjuvant drug treatment may achieve a multiplier effect.
