目的探讨废弃卵裂期胚胎的继续发育潜力。方法将新鲜行囊胚培养的周期分别分为:(1)D3可用胚胎组和D3Ⅳ级胚胎组,(2)0PN组和1PN组,分别比较组间的囊胚形成率和可用囊胚形成率。结果Ⅳ级胚胎组的囊胚形成率和可用囊胚形成率均显著低于D3可用胚胎组,但仍有9.46%的可用囊胚形成率;0PN组的囊胚形成率和可用囊胚形成率均显著高于1PN组。结论Ⅳ级胚胎仍有一定利用价值;0PN胚胎比1PN胚胎具有更高的发育潜能。
Objective To explore the developmental potential of anaphased cleavage stage embryos. Methods The cycle of fresh line blastocysts was divided into: (1) D3 embryos and D3Ⅳ embryos, (2) 0PN and 1PN groups, respectively. The blastocyst formation rate and available blastocyst formation rate were compared between groups. Results The blastocyst formation rate and available blastocyst formation rate of grade IV embryo group were significantly lower than those of D3 available embryo group, but there was still 9.46% available blastocyst formation rate; 0PN group blastocyst formation rate and available blastocyst formation rate Were significantly higher than the 1PN group. Conclusions Grade IV embryos still have some utilization value; 0PN embryos have higher developmental potential than 1PN embryos.
