通过对石化管道储运分公司ERP系统项目建过程分析,提出在油气长输管线上实施ERP项目的策略。即:企业最高领导层的重视;加强基础网络稳定性、安全性建设;还要重视培训,不断提升系统功能和加强系统运营维护等因素。阐述管道储运分公司SAP项目实施对策,并分析系统上线后取得的实际效果。
Based on the analysis of the process of ERP system construction of petrochemical pipeline storage and transportation branch company, the strategy of implementing ERP project on long-distance oil and gas pipeline is proposed. Namely: the top leadership of the company’s attention; to strengthen the stability and security of the basic network construction; but also attach importance to training, continuous improvement of system functions and enhance system operation and maintenance and other factors. Explain the implementation of the SAP project of the Pipeline Storage and Transportation Branch Company and analyze the actual results obtained after the system is put online.
