内容提要抛丸率是抛丸器的一项重要的技术经济指标。本文首先指出了我国抛丸器在这一指标上同世界先进水平的差距以及提高这一指标的重要性和迫切性。接着,剖析了抛丸率的内涵,提出了提高抛丸率的主要途径。文中提出了“极限抛丸率”这—新概念,即当输入抛丸器的能量全部转化为抛出弹丸的动能时的抛丸率。它仅与抛丸速度有关。这就为每挡抛丸速度树立了一个抛丸率的绝对标准。文中给出了极限抛丸率的计算公式。并绘出了它同抛丸速度的关系曲线。文中收集和分析了国内外四十多种不同型号规格抛丸器的实际抛丸率和能量有效利
Shot blasting rate is an important technical and economic indicators of shot blasting. This paper first points out the gap between our country’s shot blasting device and the world’s advanced level in this indicator and the importance and urgency of raising this indicator. Then, the connotation of shot peening rate is analyzed, and the main ways to improve shot peening rate are put forward. The paper puts forward a new concept of “extreme shot blasting rate”, which is the shot blasting rate when all the energy input into the shot blasting machine is transformed into the kinetic energy that throws the projectile. It is only related to the speed of shot blasting. This sets an absolute standard for shot blasting rate for each shot blasting speed. The formula of the limit shot blasting rate is given in this paper. And draw it with the blasting speed curve. In this paper, the actual shot blasting rate and energy efficiency of more than 40 different types of shot blasting machines at home and abroad are collected and analyzed
