研究体外不同浓度胰岛素与人红细胞影泡作用不同时间对Na~+/K~+-ATP酶及Mg~(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响。发现:低浓度胰岛素(1×10~(-9)及2×10~(-8)mol/L)及作用初期的较高浓度胰岛素(1×10~(-6)mol/L)可抑制Na~+/K~+-ATP酶的活性。低浓度胰岛素的这一抑制作用在其与红细胞影泡作用18分钟后趋缓。较高浓度胰岛素在与红细胞影泡作用30分钟时,即显对Na~+/K~+-ATP酶的激活作用。Mg~(2+)-ATP酶对胰岛素的作用不敏感。
To study the effects of different concentrations of insulin and human erythrocyte vesicles in vitro on the activities of Na ~ + / K ~ + -ATPase and Mg ~ (2 +) - ATPase. The results showed that low concentrations of insulin (1 × 10 -9 and 2 × 10 -8 mol / L) and higher concentration of insulin (1 × 10 -6 mol / L) Na ~ + / K ~ + -ATPase activity.
