目的识别、分析某工程存在的职业病危害因素,为控制职业病危害提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业性健康监护等定性、定量的方法。结果该工程的总平面布局、生产车间内的设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害防护设施等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求,各岗位的职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均在职业接触限值以内,所采取的控制职业病危害因素的补充措施和应急救援设施基本可行,员工未出现职业性健康损伤。结论工程的职业病危害控制措施基本有效。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards that exist in a project and provide the basis for controlling occupational hazards. Methods The methods of on-site occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and occupational health monitoring were used qualitatively and quantitatively. Results The overall layout of the project, the layout of equipment in the workshop, building hygiene and protective facilities for occupational hazards basically met the requirements of “Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises”. The concentrations or intensities of occupational hazards in all occupations were all within the scope of occupational exposure Within the limits, the supplementary measures taken to control occupational hazards and emergency rescue facilities are basically feasible, and no occupational health injury occurs to employees. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in the project are basically effective.
