为使工程管理工作正规化、规范化 ,中牟县黄河河务局认真贯彻落实“以防洪保安全为中心 ,确保工程完整 ,强化工程管理 ,努力提高综合管理水平”的方针 ,结合工程的实际情况 ,制定出了一套堤防、险工、控导、涵闸等工程的管理办法 ,明确规定堤防、险工、涵闸等工程的日常管理是工管工作的中心任务。在实施过程中 ,由于措施得力、管理方法得当 ,工程面貌不断改观 ,管理工作水平一年一个新台阶 ,1999年被河南黄河河务局评为“十佳”先进单位 ,2 0 0 0年被黄委会评为“九五”黄河工程管理先进单位。
