国际贸易中,信用证是一种以银行信用为保障的结算工具,其通过与买卖双方签订的合同相分离,凭借符合条件的单据为付款条件,使之成为对卖方有保障且便捷的国际贸易支付手段。但是,随之而来的信用证诈骗的犯罪活动也愈演愈烈,给信用证的正常交易带来了很大的危害。因此,分析关于其立法发展方向和司法实践完善之径已显得尤为必要。
