目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方益康宁片的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,ODS柱,以甲醇-0.06%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含1.2%冰醋酸与0.12%三乙胺)(25:75)为流动相,检测波长290nm。结果:盐酸普鲁卡因在4.3~51.7μg·ml~(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.2%,维生素B_6在1.2~14.2 ug·ml~(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.5%。结论:本法快速,简便准确。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of compound econazole tablets. Methods: The mobile phase was HPLC method and ODS column with methanol-0.06% sodium heptanesulfonate solution (containing 1.2% glacial acetic acid and 0.12% triethylamine) (25:75). The detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results: The procaine hydrochloride had a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 4.3 ~ 51.7μg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 100.2% and vitamin B_6 in the range of 1.2 ~ 14.2 ug · ml ~ (-1) within a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8), the average recovery was 100.5%. Conclusion: This method is fast, easy and accurate.
