设计合理的燃油蒸发污染物系统控制策略不仅能有效地控制蒸发污染物的排放,而且在保证发动机原机性能的条件下还可以达到节油的效果。针对燃油蒸发污染物的主要来源和形成机理,对燃油蒸发控制系统进行分析及研究,设计出燃油蒸发控制系统控制使能条件判断模块和控制算法模块,并在硬件在环(Hardware in the Loop,HIL)系统上模拟运行验证;结果表明该燃油蒸发控制系统控制策略的设计原理能够合理有效地控制炭罐清洗电磁阀的开启和关闭,满足燃油蒸发污染物控制系统的基本要求,为汽油机ECU(Electronic Control Unit,电子控制单元)控制策略的总体开发提供参考。
