随着异种金属复合构件的应用日益广泛,钛与铝的焊接连接方法在工程应用中显得越来越重要。综述了熔化焊、固相焊及钎焊3个方面对国内外钛合金与铝合金的焊接研究现状。钛合金与铝合金能够实现良好的冶金连接,但在钛侧界面会生成金属间化合物。由于母材中的元素不同、焊接工艺不同,接头界面的化合物生长机制会有很大的差别。不同的化合物会导致接头出现不同的力学性能。通过分析金属间化合物与力学性能的关系,进一步展望了钛合金与铝合金焊接的发展趋势。
With the increasingly wide range of application of dissimilar metal composite components, titanium and aluminum welding connection method is more and more important in engineering applications. The current research status of the welding of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy at home and abroad are summarized in the aspects of melting welding, solid welding and brazing. Titanium and aluminum alloys enable good metallurgical bonding, but intermetallics are formed at the titanium side interface. Due to the different elements in the base metal, the welding process is different, there is a big difference between the compound growth mechanism of the joint interface. Different compounds lead to different mechanical properties of the joint. By analyzing the relationship between intermetallic compounds and mechanical properties, the development trend of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy welding is further prospected.
