在居民医保和新型农村合作医疗(简称“新农合”)开始建立门诊统筹之后,许多地方相继开展职工医保门诊统筹探索建立工作。在门诊统筹的建立和实施过程中,碰到一些问题,取得了一定的经验。本文笔者试图通过对职工医保门诊统筹建立的必要性、控费模式、现行制度缺陷和制度设计原则等进行探讨,寻求建立职工医保门诊统筹的成功之路。
After the resident health insurance and new rural cooperative medical care (referred to as “NCMS ”) started to set up out-patient co-ordination, many places have carried out overall exploration and establishment work for staff health insurance clinics. In the establishment and implementation of outpatient co-ordination, we encountered some problems and gained some experience. In this paper, the author tries to explore the necessity of establishment of employee health insurance outpatient co-ordination, control mode, current system defects and system design principles, and seek to establish a successful path for staff health insurance co-ordination.
