连拱隧道埋深普遍较小、水文地质条件较复杂。并且连拱隧道中隔墙与主洞衬砌接头处有大量钢筋和钢拱架分布,该处的防排水处理是设计施工中的薄弱环节。在施工中受施工空间影响,按国内目前的施工工艺和水平很难保证这些部位无渗漏水现象。结合湖南常吉高速公路司马河隧道工程,分析了连拱隧道中隔墙渗漏水的原因,探讨了渗漏病害防治的措施与对策。通过加强施工质量管理和改善施工技术,可以尽量减少病害,为同类型工程防水设计和施工提供参考。
The depth of multi-arch tunnel is generally small, hydrogeological conditions are more complicated. In addition, there are a large number of steel bars and steel arches distributed in the lining joint between the middle arch tunnel and the main tunnel, and the drainage and drainage treatment there is the weak point in the design and construction. Affected by the construction space in construction, it is difficult to ensure that there is no water leakage in these areas according to the current construction technology and level in China. Combined with the Sima River Tunnel project of Changji Expressway in Hunan Province, the reasons of seepage water in the partition wall of multi-arch tunnel are analyzed, and the measures and countermeasures of prevention and control of seepage disease are discussed. By strengthening construction quality management and improving construction technology, it is possible to minimize disease and provide reference for the waterproofing design and construction of the same type of project.
