双角子宫比较少见,作者观察到一例双角子宫单角妊娠.患者29岁,三年前,足妊头位经产道顺娩一女婴,现又停经35周,无任何临床症状,因终止妊娠,来院做引产手术.1 检查及治疗体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压及血象各值均在正常范围.心肺正常,肝脾未触及.腹部隆起,宫底耻上28cm,胎心清,头位,以“晚妊引产”收入院.腹部常规消毒后行5%新洁尔灭羊膜腔注入.术后三天无宫缩,再次同样给药,宫缩仍不规律.B超检查,提示“胎在宫内,羊水适量”.认为宫颈发育不良,静滴乙（艹底）酚130单位后,仍未奏效.金属探针在B超监护下探查,提示“羊膜腔与正常宫腔不相通,胎死宫内,颅骨重叠”.诊为子宫畸形.在硬膜外麻醉下,行剖腹探查术.切开子宫壁,羊膜腔完整,胎儿软化.取出胎儿及附属物,探查发现妊娠子宫的左下方,有一条索状结构与左单角子宫(50天妊娠大小)相连.随后将右侧输卵管及右单角子宫一并切除.诊断为“右单角子宫晚期妊娠”.
