中原油田各区块地层破碎、断块多、倾角大,地质情况相差悬殊。分析了文东地区、刘庄地区、文203区块、胡状地区和濮城地区等地层的理化性能和组构特征。根据分析结果,结合现场实际情况有针对性地提出钻不同区块使用的钻井液及相应的技术措施。文东地区使用推荐的饱和盐水钻井液体系打开了钻井禁区,顺利钻穿了沙三2盐膏层。刘庄地区使用KCl-聚磺钻井液体系后平均井径扩大率由过去的50%下降到15%。
The blocks of Zhongyuan Oilfield are broken, fault blocks and dip angles are large, and the geological conditions are quite different. The physical and chemical properties and structural characteristics of the strata such as the Wendong area, the Liuzhuang area, the Wen 203 block, the Hu area and the Pucheng area are analyzed. According to the analysis results, combined with the actual situation on the scene targeted drilling drilling fluid in different blocks and the corresponding technical measures. Wendong region using the recommended saturated brine drilling fluid system opened the drilling restricted area, successfully drilled through sand San salt 2 cream layer. The average diameter expansion rate of the KCl-PPS drilling fluid system in Liuzhuang area dropped from 50% to 15%.
