Food hygiene supervision and inspection and animal epidemic prevention supervision and quarantine, are legally granted administrative law enforcement acts, are the government’s supervision and management functions. The two branches of the law provide for the interconnection of each other, and governed by their own merits, both with division of labor and with coordination. They have both cohesion and distinction. Their purpose is to prevent, control and suppress human and animal infectious diseases and parasitic diseases.
