采用静电纺丝技术制备了甲壳素纳米晶须/聚乳酸复合纳米纤维膜并对其进行了表征分析。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及相关测试软件,测出复合纳米纤维平均直径在500~1000nm之间;当甲壳素纳米晶须含量低于7%时,对复合纳米纤维的可纺性及形貌影响较小;但当其含量高于7%时,复合纳米纤维表面变得粗糙。傅立叶红外变换光谱仪(FT-IR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察分析表明,甲壳素纳米晶须已成功加入到聚乳酸纤维中。拉伸试验结果表明,当纳米晶须含量为3%时,复合膜的拉伸强度提高了63.65%,进一步增加纳米晶须含量,其增强作用呈下降趋势,甚至出现负增强。
Chitin nanowhiskers / polylactic acid composite nanofibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning technique and characterized. The average diameter of the composite nanofibers was measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and related test softwares. The average diameter of the composite nanofibers was between 500 and 1000 nm. When the content of chitin nanowhiskers was less than 7%, the spinnability and morphology of the composite nanofibers The effect is small; However, when the content is higher than 7%, the surface of the composite nanofiber becomes rough. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) observation and analysis showed that chitin nanowhiskers have been successfully added to the polylactic acid fiber. Tensile test results show that when the content of nano-whisker is 3%, the tensile strength of the composite film is increased by 63.65%. If the content of nano-whisker is further increased, the enhancement effect will decrease or even increase negatively.
