采用熔融挤出工艺制备了尼龙(PA)6/环氧树脂(EP)/LiCl/SiO2复合材料。研究了EP的含量对PA6/EP/LiCl/SiO2复合材料的结晶行为、力学及加工性能的影响。研究发现,随着EP含量的增加,复合材料的结晶度降低、结晶不完善程度增大、PA6结晶受限,PA6/EP/LiCl/SiO2复合材料的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度总体上表现出先增大后减小的趋势,而熔体流动速率呈先减小后升高的趋势。当EP含量为3份时复合材料的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度和弯曲强度均达到最大值,分别为94.68 MPa,11.5 kJ/m2和135.36 MPa。
Nylon (PA) 6 / epoxy resin (EP) / LiCl / SiO2 composites were prepared by melt extrusion. The effects of EP content on the crystallization behavior, mechanical properties and processing properties of PA6 / EP / LiCl / SiO2 composites were investigated. The results show that with the increase of EP content, the crystallinity of the composites decreases, the degree of crystallization imperfection increases, the crystallization of PA6 is limited, the tensile strength, notched impact strength and flexural strength of PA6 / EP / LiCl / SiO2 composites On the first increase and then decrease the trend, and the melt flow rate first decreased and then increased. When the content of EP is 3 parts, the tensile strength, notched impact strength and flexural strength of the composites reach the maximum values of 94.68 MPa, 11.5 kJ / m2 and 135.36 MPa, respectively.
