本试验采用去壁、低渗、火焰干燥法制取了野生黄花(萱草)和黄花菜9个栽培品种的根尖细胞染色体标本,并对其进行了比较分析。结果表明:它们的染色体均为2n=2X=2X=22,基本带型为C带型为C带。不同品种的带型有关差异、核型也不尽相同。野生黄花比栽培品种的核型对称程度高,我省品种比外省品种进化程度高。本试验还发现黄花菜品种核型差异与采收时间和植株花苔高度等有一定的关系。
In this experiment, root apical cell chromosome specimens from 9 cultivars of wild yellow flower (Hemerocallis fulva) and day lily were made by wall-removal, hypotonic and flame-drying methods. The comparative analysis was carried out. The results showed that: their chromosomes are 2n = 2X = 2X = 22, the basic band type C band C band. Different types of band-type differences, karyotype are not the same. Wild yellow flowers than the cultivated varieties of karyotype symmetry is high, the province varieties higher than the other varieties of high degree of evolution. This experiment also found that the karyotype differences of lily varieties and harvest time and the height of plant flowers have a certain relationship.
