通过对比铜对Zn-40Al合金中α相所占比例、合金硬度、耐磨性的变化规律,研究了铜含量对含铝40%的锌铝合金组织和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随铜含量的增加,合金中α相数目减少、硬度增加,耐磨性先增加后减小。铜含量较少时合金硬度增加的主要原因是固溶强化,铜含量较高时则是ε相析出强化作用,且固溶强化效果要好于ε相析出的效果。
The effects of copper content on the microstructure and friction and wear properties of aluminum-aluminum alloy containing 40% aluminum were studied by comparing the changes of α-phase proportion, alloy hardness and wear resistance of Zn-40Al alloy. The results show that with the increase of copper content, the number of α phase decreases, the hardness increases and the wear resistance increases at first and then decreases. The main reason for the increase of hardness of the alloy is the solid solution strengthening when the content of copper is low, the precipitation strengthening effect of ε phase when the content of copper is higher, and the solution strengthening effect is better than the precipitation effect of ε phase.
