山东省平原区是粮棉油主产区，受多种因素的影响，其生态环境正日益遭受严重 破坏。抑制环境恶化的重要措施是在平原农区发展生态林业。其途径是因地制宜，采用轮 耕、套种、间作、混交等栽培措施，立体配置，建立多物种的复合生物群落结构；对林产 品进行多次加工，多重利用，提高经济效益，以促进平原农区农业生产持续、稳定发展。
