当前文化馆、艺术馆复合型人才匮乏,综合文化艺术不高、组织服务手段滞后等已经成为制约发展的瓶颈、成为难以适应广大人民群众日益提升的文化精神需求的实际问题。因此,加强对文化馆、群众艺术馆干部的业务培训,提升服务水平是一个必须引起重视和关切的问题。
At present, cultural centers and art galleries lack compound talents, comprehensive arts and culture are not high, and organizational service means lag has become a bottleneck restricting development, becoming a practical problem that is difficult to adapt to the ever-increasing cultural and spiritual needs of the broad masses of people. Therefore, it is an issue that must be emphasized and concerned about strengthening business training for cultural centers and mass art museum cadres and improving their service standards.
