在组织理论研究领域,绝大多数的研究都集中在组织公平和公平理论,对组织正义和组织公正的研究很少,即便有不少研究论述到了组织正义或组织公正,也常常指组织公平。由于存在这一理论研究的不足,本研究从理论上追根溯源,厘清了中、西方情境下公平、正义和公正等概念的内涵,基于对社会层面公平、正义体系的分析,本研究探索性地构建了中国企业组织公正体系,即权利公平、机会公平、制度公平、分配公平、程序公平、互动公平、道义公平、组织道德、组织支持和组织责任。
In the field of organizational theory research, the vast majority of researches focus on the theory of fair and equitable organization, few on organizational justice and organizational justice, even though many researches have dealt with organizational justice or organizational justice, which often means organizational justice. Due to the deficiency of this theoretical research, this research traced back in theory, clarified the connotation of the concepts of fairness, justice and fairness in the Chinese and Western contexts. Based on the analysis of the fairness and justice system at the social level, The justice system of Chinese enterprises is established, that is, the rights are fair, the opportunities are fair, the system is fair, the distribution is fair, the procedure is fair, the interaction is fair, the moral justice, the organizational morality, the organizational support and the organizational responsibility.
