本文利用两组亲本杂交的 F_1杂种及其相应亲本材料,分析了品质性状的相关、杂种优势和配合力。结果表明,籽粒蛋白质含量与籽粒赖氨酸含量呈极显著正相关,而与百克蛋白质中赖氨酸含量呈负相关;籽粒蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量与湿、干面筋含量呈高度显著正相关,与亩产量、容重呈显著负相关;干面筋含量与湿面筋含量呈极显著正相关;沉淀值与单位面筋沉淀值呈高度显著正相关;容量与千粒重呈显著正相关,与亩产量呈极显著正相关;蛋白质亩产量与亩产量呈极显著正相关。千粒重的平均杂种优势最大(11.02%),蛋白质亩产量的平均杂种优势次之(6.97%)其它性状的平均杂种优势较小。不同性状的平均杂种优势变异幅度也有很大差异。除蛋白质亩产量外,所有性状的一般配合力方盖 V_(gca)均高度显著,但只有百克蛋白质中赖氨酸含量的特殊配合力方差 V_(sca)达显著水准。表明在本试验范围内,基因加性效应的作用远比基因非加性效应的作用重要。亲本的特殊配合力方盖σ~2_(sca)与该亲本所参与杂种组合的特殊配合力有密切联系。
In this paper, the F1 hybrids and their corresponding parental materials were used to analyze the correlation of quality traits, heterosis and combining ability. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between grain protein content and grain lysine content, while it was negatively correlated with the lysine content of the grain protein. The average heterosis of 1000-grain weight was the highest (11.02%), followed by the average heterosis of protein yield (6.97%). The average heterosis of other traits was smaller. The average heterosis variation of different traits is also very different. With the exception of protein yield per mu, the general combining ability of all traits was highly significant (V_ (gca)), but only V_ (sca) of the special combining ability of lysine content in 100g protein reached significant level. This indicates that within the scope of this test, the effect of gene additive effect is more important than the effect of gene non-additive effect. The special combining ability of the parents, σ 2 ~ (sca), was closely related to the special combining ability of the hybrids involved in the parents.
