本文根据风险管理理论,将交通枢纽的运营管理分为正常管理、干扰管理、危机管理和应急管理四个层次,系统分析了各个层次的管理特点和要点,并以大客流事件为例对智能运营管理系统的功能进行了设计,旨在为后期理论研究和设计开发集约、高效的管理智能系统提供参考。
According to the theory of risk management, this paper divides the operation and management of transportation hub into four levels: normal management, interference management, crisis management and emergency management. It systematically analyzes the management features and key points of each level. Taking the case of big passenger flow as an example, Management system functions were designed to provide a reference for the later theoretical research and design and development of intensive and efficient management of intelligent systems.
