当前,转业干部移交安置工作已进入安置定位的关键阶段,军地双方必须迎难而上,通力协作,推进工作有效落实。一是抓择业引导。积极向转业干部宣讲安置政策,介绍安置形势,加强择业教育,引导他们树立正确的择业观,保持客观合理的个人诉求,把个人意愿与现实需要、个人选择与组织安排、个人能力素质与岗位实际需求有机统一起来,防止好高骛远,盲目攀比。二是抓政策驱动。在贯彻落实中央军转安置政策上,要做到不讲价钱、不搞变通、不打折扣。市级各部门、各区县接收安置转业干部的配套措施和办法,必须符合中央政策规定,有利于安置质量的提高和转业干部合法权益的保障,
