金银花是一味常用清热解毒药,具有清热解毒,凉散风热等作用。其品种繁多,已知约有20种,其主要来源为忍冬科植物忍冬Lonhera japonicaThumb、红腺忍冬Lonhear hypogluca Miq、山银花L.conhusa DC、或毛花柱忍冬L.dasystyla Rchdl的干燥花蕾或带初开的花。七十年找初,随着咖啡酸衍生物的抗菌活性的发现,金银花开始受到中日两国化学家和药理学家的重视。近年来,中外学者对金银花及其同属植物化学成分及生物活性研究较多,为进一步研究和开发利用忍冬属植物,本文对其作一简要综述。1 金银花及忍冬属不同植物间成分的差异 金银花中主要含有有机酸类:绿原酸、异绿原酸;黄酮类:忍冬甙忍冬黄素和木樨草素及木樨草素—7—葡萄糖甙;挥发油类:芳樟醇、香叶醇、α—松油醇等;皂甙类:茅青等从毡毛忍冬花中
Honeysuckle is a commonly used antipyretic detoxification drug, with heat and detoxification, cooling effect of wind and heat. To further study and develop the use of honeysuckle plants, this article briefly reviews it. 1 Honeysuckle and Lonicera differ in the composition of different plants Honeysuckle contains mainly organic acids: chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid; flavonoids: honeysuckle honeysuckle and luteolin and luteolin-7-glucoside; volatile oils : linalool, geraniol, α-terpineol, etc.; saponins: Mao Qing et al.
