本调查报告以Non-Governmental Organization(非政府组织,以下简称NGO)介入下的广州中医药大学附属第一医院护工和保安持续九十余天的集体抗争为研究对象,试图从抗争政治视角分析其复杂的成员构成,集体行动的缘起与过程,以及多种抗争策略的运用,进而描述出广州农民工抗争近期呈现出的新态势与新挑战。针对在NGO研究中较少有抗争个案的微观解读,社会抗争研究中也缺少对NGO介入的应有关注,本文尝试用政治人类学的个案研究来弥补学界的此类不足,补充对新近出现的“工运型劳工NGO”及其介入下工人抗争的经验研究。
This investigation report focuses on the collective protections lasts for more than 90 days for the workers and security workers in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine with the intervention of Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), and tries to analyze its counter-political perspective The composition of complex members, the origin and process of collective action and the application of multiple strategies of resistance, and then describes the new situation and new challenges that the migrant workers in Guangzhou have recently presented. Aiming at the microscopic interpretation of the few cases of protest in the NGO research, the social resistance research lacks the due attention to the NGO intervention. This article attempts to make up for the deficiency of the academic circles by the case study of political anthropology, “Workers 'Movement Labor NGO” and Empirical Study on Workers' Resistance under Intervention.
