发展戏曲事业必须大力培养新一代的戏曲演员。而要培养新一代高质量的戏曲演员,就应当重视戏曲教师——特别是青年教师队伍的基本建设。但这个问题却未能引起有关部门的足够认识。我是中国戏曲学院的一名青年教师,今年三十七岁。自1965年毕业以来,留院工作已达十六年之久。象我这样年龄的教师约有四、五十名,占全院京剧表演系授课教师的百分之四十。目前,我们担负的教戏课程约占总教戏工作量的百分之八十。我们当中,每周教课时数少的十八节,多达三十节,除此之外,学生排
The development of traditional Chinese opera must vigorously cultivate a new generation of opera actors. To cultivate a new generation of high-quality opera actors, attention should be paid to the basic construction of opera teachers - especially young teachers. However, this problem has failed to arouse enough understanding from relevant departments. I am a young teacher at the Chinese Opera Academy and I am 37 years old this year. Since I graduated in 1965, I have stayed in the hospital for more than 16 years.
