目的:建立火焰原子吸收法测定磺胺氧化锌软膏中锌的含量。方法:检测波长为213.9 nm,灯电流为8.0 mA,狭缝宽度为0.5 nm,燃气流量为2.0 L·min-1,助燃气流量为15.0 L·min-1。结果:锌在0.2~2.0μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 4,平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=0.4%,n=9)。结论:该方法能控制磺胺氧化锌软膏的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of zinc in sulfa zinc oxide ointment by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The detection wavelength was 213.9 nm, the lamp current was 8.0 mA, the slit width was 0.5 nm, the gas flow rate was 2.0 L · min-1, the gas flow rate was 15.0 L · min- 1. Results: The linearity of zinc in the range of 0.2-2.0 μg · ml-1 was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 4 and an average recovery of 99.8% (RSD = 0.4%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method can control the quality of sulfa zinc oxide ointment, the method is simple, the result is accurate and the sensitivity is high.
