树脂酸盐浆料是指贵金属有机络合物和贱金属有机络合物溶解在有机溶剂中，利用金属有机物的热分解沉积出一层导体和电阻体。其特点是印刷膜层薄，组成均匀，烧结温度低，能加入光敏剂以便用光刻技术形成图形，图形分辨率高。这种浆料已应用在热印字头导体和电阻上，以及电容器中的端电极和多层混合集成电路中的导体等。
