目的检测手足口病(HFMD)患儿心肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的变化,探讨其在HFMD治疗中的意义。方法采用电化学发光法测定85例HFMD患儿血清cTnI和NSE水平,并设立65例对照组,将患儿cTnI和NSE水平与对照组进行比较。结果 HFMD患儿血清cTnI和NSE水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HFMD患儿血清中cTnI和NSE水平均有显著程度的升高,说明在HFMD的病理过程中,有心肌的损害且同时伴有神经细胞的损伤,在临床治疗中应引起高度的重视。
Objective To investigate the changes of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) levels in children with HFMD and to explore its significance in the treatment of HFMD. Methods Serum levels of cTnI and NSE were measured in 85 children with HFMD by electrochemiluminescence. 65 control subjects were set up to compare the levels of cTnI and NSE in children with control group. Results The serum levels of cTnI and NSE in children with HFMD were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of cTnI and NSE in children with HFMD were significantly increased, indicating that in the pathological process of HFMD, there is myocardial damage accompanied by damage to nerve cells in the clinical treatment should receive a high degree of attention.
